Special Membership Meeting

OFFICER ELECTION
Date: Tuesday, September 17, 2024
Polling: 6:30am – 8:30am and 3pm – 9pm
Tally: 9pm until completion
Location: RUNAP Office (367 Titus Ave., Rochester, NY 14617)

Any member who has paid dues through August 1, 2024 will be eligible to vote. Members are asked to present a form of identification at the polls.

SPECIAL MEETING: OPENING OF NOMINATIONS
Date: Wednesday, August 14, 2024
Time: 5:30pm – 6:30pm and 8pm – 9pm
Place: RUNAP Office (367 Titus Ave., Rochester, NY 14617)

Any member who has paid dues continuously June, July and August 2024 will be eligible to be nominated. Nominations
can also be made via mail to the RUNAP Office or via email (election+2024@runap.org) but must be made after 5:30pm
and received by 9pm on 8/14/24. Nominees must accept or decline nomination verbally at the meeting or, if not in
attendance, by written acceptance via email (election+2024@runap.org) to be received by 9pm on 8/19/24.

NOTE: This is a secret ballot election. As such, ballots are to be voted by members and placed in a sealed box. Ballots will not be counted if they are not received in the voting box. Members should not take their ballots to be hand-delivered on their behalf . Only ballots received in the sealed ballot box will be counted in this election. In case of a tie vote, the winner will be determined by a runoff election conducted by RUNAP to be completed by October 1, 2024.
